Design Director, UX

We are seeking a Design Director to lead our UX team in creating intuitive, scalable, and cohesive user experiences across our digital platforms. This role involves setting the strategic direction for design, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with product management and engineering to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Candidates should have extensive experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design strategy and execution. Expertise in user-centered design principles, proficiency with design tools, and experience managing and mentoring design teams are required. A degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
