Operations Manager - Day Shift

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee critical areas to ensure smooth operations, including managing personnel, quality, and safety. You'll hire, train, and develop staff, enforce safety practices, and maintain equipment, all while striving to meet customer commitments.

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and availability for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekends. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, 4 years of managerial experience, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement.
