Senior Staff Product Designer, Onboarding

As a Senior Staff Product Designer for Onboarding at Gusto, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging onboarding experiences for new users. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless product designs. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, as well as conducting user testing to iterate and improve the onboarding process. This position is crucial in ensuring that new users have a positive first experience with Gusto's products.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on onboarding or user experience design. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex workflows and user interfaces is required. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team are necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
