Employee Relations Partner

As an Employee Relations Partner at Gusto, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, implementing performance management strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will collaborate closely with managers to provide guidance on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop programs that enhance employee engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or 2 years in an Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
