Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or 2 years in an Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
