Customer Success Manager

In this role, you'll partner with growth marketers, content leads, and executives to align AI-enabled content programs with business objectives. You'll manage publication timelines, collaborate with technical teams to design AI workflows, and monitor key metrics to enhance content effectiveness. Exceptional spoken English is required.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of software-implementation experience, with at least 3 years supporting enterprise clients. Proven success in SaaS or AI-solution adoption is necessary. Strong analytical skills and excellent spoken English are essential.
