Manage seafood department operations, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and ensuring product quality. Lead a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Experience in seafood handling and production planning is preferred. A valid ServSafe certification is advantageous. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
