As a Customer Success Associate at Prelim, you'll manage relationships with financial institutions, ensuring they successfully use our platform while driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Exceptional relationship-building skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech is preferred. Background in B2B SaaS customer success or account management is a plus.
