Fieldturf Installation Operator

The Synthetic Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent/Foreman. This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites.

High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate. Clean criminal background required. Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently.
