Remove barriers for new providers and make recommendations to remove friction during the onboarding experience. Handle marketplace provider cases and queues and assist new providers and service companies with quickly and seamlessly onboarding onto Field Nation. Identify friction in the onboarding experience and remove blockers, accelerate user adoption through advising providers on product features.
Experience in onboarding or related field, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in relevant software and tools, knowledge of marketplace dynamics and service delivery, ability to analyze data and generate reports, problem-solving skills, adaptability and willingness to learn.
