Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for assisting clients in the enrollment process for various programs offered by Family Centers. This role involves conducting assessments, providing information about available services, and guiding clients through application procedures to ensure they receive appropriate support.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A background in social services or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems are advantageous.
