Director Total Rewards

The Director Total Rewards will lead the design, development, updating, and maintenance of benefit plans, programs, guidelines, and procedures, such as medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and retirement plans. This role ensures competitive and compliant compensation and benefits offerings.

Applicants should have extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, with a deep understanding of total rewards strategies. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous. Strong leadership and project management skills are necessary.
