As a Training Specialist I at EverService, you will develop and deliver employee job-skills training programs and ongoing skills training for internal employees and vendors. Your role involves identifying training needs, updating curricula, designing support materials, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals. A Bachelor's Degree in communications, instructional design, learning systems, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in a Learning and Development role and 1 year in a Contact Center role. Certification in Training & Development and knowledge of learning management software are advantageous.
