Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As the COO, you will oversee daily operations, set up governance frameworks, prepare performance reports, manage budgets, and implement risk management strategies. This role involves collaborating with the CEO and executive team to drive company vision and operational strategy.

At least 15 years of leadership experience in a BPO, consultancy, or equivalent setting. Proven track record in optimizing business strategies. Experience in a global, matrixed organization. Excellent leadership skills and personal integrity.
