The Recruiting Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters to develop creative and tailored prospecting strategies that engage passive candidates. You'll be the first point of contact for new candidates, playing a critical role in identifying great talent and telling the Datadog story.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team, with a high sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Tenacity and passion for sourcing and engaging candidates are key.
