Construction Prep & Detail/Experienced Handyman

The Production team member is responsible for preparing and detailing new homes or multi-family units per onsite superintendent's or assistant superintendent's instruction. Duties include site maintenance, minor demolition, caulking, painting, and completing punch lists.

High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication skills. Minimum 1-year hands-on construction experience. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Detail-oriented and reliable. Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
