Collections Officer

Negotiate payment of debts in accordance with client and company guidelines. Establish contact with consumers to assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts through outbound and inbound calls.

3rd party collections experience considered an asset. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, goal and detail oriented. Ability to work individually and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
