Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist greets and interacts with patients in a courteous and professional manner, accurately checking patients in, collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information, and performing insurance eligibility and verification as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree being helpful. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Epic, and excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
