Maintenance Manager (3rd Shift 9p-7:00a)

As a Maintenance Manager on the 3rd shift, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our Atlanta facility, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and safely. Your role will involve leading a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Candidates should have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. A deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
