Growth Strategy Associate

As a Growth Strategy Associate, you'll travel up to 50% of the month to cities across the US to support and execute in-person events, engage with attendees to build relationships, collaborate with the sales team, and contribute to the overall growth marketing strategy for Project MTO.

Ideal candidates should have 0–3 years of professional experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, a proactive and collaborative team player attitude, and a passion for the company's mission to lift people up the socioeconomic ladder.
