Clinical Documentation Specialist

Collaborate with physicians, Health Information Management (HIM), and coding staff to ensure accurate and complete documentation in medical records, supporting appropriate reimbursement and reporting.

License to practice as a Registered Nurse preferred (any state) and credentialed as a RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) or RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician).
