Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Citadel, you will build systems that power every aspect of our investment process, from research and analysis to trading, risk management, funding, and settlement. Collaborating with investors and quantitative researchers, you'll drive critical commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, solid computer science fundamentals, and expert-level programming skills in at least one of the following: Java, C++, or Python. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline is required.
