Business Architect

Cisco’s Commerce Operations organization is the operations engine for our partners, sellers, and end customers, streamlining the buying and selling process. As a Business Architect, you will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience in business process design and implementation. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales operations. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
