Conexus - Manager of Talent Programs

The Manager of Talent Programs supports the Senior Vice President in implementing talent development strategies, coordinates meetings and timelines for talent-related projects, assists with stakeholder communications, and monitors key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should have 3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations, with a focus on workforce development or education. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
