Human Resources Officer (Hospitality)

The Human Resources Officer will support and manage the HR function within a busy hospitality environment, focusing on recruiting, developing, and supporting hotel staff to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.

1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Kenya.
