Manage and recover overdue loan portfolios by contacting customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections. Analyze delinquent accounts, identify root causes, and implement strategies to minimize defaults. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to adhere to regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in debt collection or credit recovery. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
