Corporate Development M&A Analyst

The Corporate Development M&A Analyst will support Aprio's mergers and acquisitions strategy by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and market research. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, contributing to Aprio's growth and expansion initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 2-3 years of experience in M&A analysis or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
