Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Analysis Group is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual to join our DE&I team. This person should have a clear passion for creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace where people of all backgrounds can thrive and where fairness and non-discrimination are core values. The role of the Manager, DE&I helps drive the operations of the DE&I function and is vital to maintaining continuity of program management and support across key priorities.

Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 5 years’ substantive relevant experience required. 7-10 years of substantive relevant experience preferred, preferably as part of a human resources, L&D, or DE&I team. Professional services experience also a plus. Strong Office software skills (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) required, and experience with HR Information Systems and basic data analysis preferred. Discretion and professional maturity in working with sensitive information. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with strong organizational skills; attention to detail; judgment; and an ability to organize and work on multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and be flexible to respond to shifting demands. Able to effectively work independently and within a team, supporting other HR functions as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of and willingness to deepen learning about DE&I topics. An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.
