Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly employees, ensuring high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your role involves managing large-scope projects, building productivity plans, and collaborating with support teams to meet business objectives.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of employee and performance management experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Preferred qualifications include experience managing a team of 2+ salaried employees and 70+ indirect employees, and familiarity with Lean process, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
