As an Application Support Analyst, you will ensure the stability and availability of the bank's financial applications, coordinate system changes and deployments, monitor system performance, and provide second-level user support for core banking applications. Your role is critical in maintaining seamless banking operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Candidates should possess a technology-related university degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, with 2 to 6 years of experience in core banking operations and support. Certifications in IT Service Management or MCP/OCP are advantageous. Proficiency in SQL, Flexcube knowledge, and a dedication to service delivery are essential.
