Associate Account Manager

Support Regional Account Management and Field Sales teams by managing a shared regional email box, answering/directing phone calls, and coordinating issue resolution. Provide product knowledge and support for various account-related tasks.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Exceptional relationship-building skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM/ERP systems. At least 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role with a similar function.
